    Caroline Livesey is the co-host today with Mark. In this episode they discuss what it's like to ride the longest payed cycle road in the world. The Alto el SifonAlto el Sifon from Padilla. Finish Laguna Negro cafe. (finish point 4036m altitude)93km, 4150m altitude at highest summit, 3520m gained. This was the previous climb:Alto de Letras.From Mariquita. 80km, 3690m altitude at the summit, 3220m gained in the ride. Caroline and Mark then go on to discuss the T100 world series that took place in Miami.  Mark doesn't hold back, so strap in and buckle up.

He has been involved in endurance sport since 1989 both as an athlete and coach. As an athlete Joel has competed in over 100 triathlon and multi-sport events and represented Canada at World Championships in Triathlon and Duathlon. As a coach he has worked with athletes at the highest levels including at the Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Championships, the ITU World Elite and Age Group Championships, and multisport games such as the Commonwealth, Pan American, and Olympic Games.
