There can't be many extreme triathletes who start the day at 03.30 am? Reporter, BBC presenter, Author (Dare to Tri), wife and Mum, Louise Minchin has a pretty busy schedule. In this show Mark catches up with Louise to discuss her passion for triathlon, specifically her decision to go and compete in the extreme triathlon the Patagonman. The discussion isn't all about triathlon though, Mark and Louise quickly discuss the positive changes she has experienced working as a BBC reporter, and how this new attitude is allowing young women to pursue different careers.
