Sunday, January 10, 2021 - Guest Pastor Ryp Hankins gives a great message on "The Benefits of Fearing God". This is an especially timely message given the craziness of the world today. As Pastor Ryp makes perfectly clear there are consequences of not fearing God and great benefits otherwise. The fear we're speaking of is not the trembling kind that the enemy has of God, but rather the awe-inspiring kind that comes with great respect for who God is what He is capable of. Along with that is the fear of a man's reputation. So the questions everyone must come to grips with are: Do you have a deep reverential fear of God that causes you to do the things that please God? Or do you have a fear of your reputation among men that would cause you to fear man more than fearing God? These are both very important markers of one's character. Listen in and self-evaluate.
