Today our guest is Galina Tachieva, the author of the Sprawl Repair Manual and The SmartCode Sprawl Repair Module. Galina is a planner and urban designer with over 20 years of experience with building communities all over the world, including the US, Russia, and Latin America. She is currently a managing partner at DPZ, leads the national Sprawl Retrofit Initiative for The Congress of New Urbanism (CNU), and is a founding member of the Council for European Urbanism (CEU) On top of all this, she is multilingual speaking Bulgarian, English, and Russian.
