Evo emphasises the importance of getting the fundamentals right, first and foremost. This includes a proper podcast website, distributing the podcast through all available channels, planning to leverage your existing relationships, and at all times make sure you are creating remarkable content. One thing’s for sure though, you can’t grow what you don’t know.
