Now is the more distracted time in our history and we must practice focusing on attention on what matters – the present. With phones and technology, we can be easily distracted and anxiety. To practice mindfulness, or staying in the present non-judgmentally, we can use a body scan – mental scan, environmental scan, or head to toe scan.
