In this week's episode I address the amount of hate FILLING our social media feeds every day and how we can be aware and kind in the middle of all of it! People may think I’m overreacting or I’m too sensitive but here’s the thing, I think the fact that a lot of people aren’t reacting to it is dangerous to me and that’s why I want to talk about it today. It's important to be informed because if we don’t know what’s going on in the world, we will be less likely to engage in conversation or formulate opinions. Your opinion shapes your reality and it's crucial that our reality makes a positive impact on our world.
