Show 22: Owner/CEO of San Diego Latino newspaper, La Prensa talks about his early dreams of becoming an architect, then an 11th grade English teacher, Mrs. Peace (eventually became Mrs. Browning) inspired him and countless others in public speaking, local civil service. He eventually began to work for that teachers son, Assemblyman, then Senator, Steve Peace. Art became Senator Peace's Chief of Staff.
