Diane Steward is the Director for Performance Improvement at Pacific Group on Health based in San Francisco. Her work includes large system change and the spread and encouragement of adoption of better ideas across California. In this podcast Diane discusses the challenges of measuring the spread and adoption of these changes over time, across large geography, many individuals and large numbers of organisations.
