What is a GMO? What is “food justice?” What is the difference between conventional and organic produce? The Ethical Eating and Environmental Justice Task Force explored these questions and more last Spring during a six-week Adult RE discussion course from the Northwest Earth Institute entitled Menu for The Future. Join us this Sunday for a presentation from BuxMont members who participated in the discussion course. What did they learn? How has this knowledge affected their food choices? What can we learn from them? MUSIC NOTES "We Bring the Sacrifice of Praise" (Kirk Dearman, arr.
