On this episode of Full Plate learn how to make a delicious on-the-go breakfast that everyone loves, Egg Muffins. These are perfect for the person that is running out the door all the times. Kids love these! Need: Muffin pan OR reusable silicon muffin cups (paper and tin muffin cups don't work the best with this.) (Extras: Immersion blender) Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 tbsp of sour cream 1 cup of your favorite cheese (cheddar or pepper jack are my favorites!) 4 cups of spinach ½ cup of chopped green onion 1 cup of ham chopped into bits salt pepper This episode was made for a listener request.
