Hey everybody! Welcome to Let's Watch That Instead! A comedy podcast about pitching new TV shows. Have you ever been looking for something to watch on a streaming service, come across a show you didn't know, and tried reading the blurb to figure out if you would like it? That probably didn't help much because those little streaming blurbs could be about pretty much anything. At least that''s how me (Ed Golden) and my co-host Joe Pierce feel. To prove our point, every week we're going to pitch brand new TV shows and movies based on streaming blurbs for shows we've never seen before, and trust us, they're a whole lot more original than what those blurbs are describing.
