Today we have a special episode that features a very special guest that talks with me about a difficult and important topic.  To go even deeper into how triggers might be affecting us, I wanted to open up the conversation to specifically include those of you who might be struggling with an addiction or are in a recovery process, which brings an extra layer to managing and coping during quarantine.
