Kristel Bauer PA-C started her brand Live Greatly to inspire others to awaken to their ultimate potential. She founded Live Greatly to share her findings on how best to achieve optimal health in mind, body, & spirit and attain success. Kristel’s mission is to bridge the gap between conventional Western Medicine and Integrative and Holistic healing modalities including meditation and mindfulness. We touch on the transition that lead Kristel in creating Live Greatly, on the fundamentals around how traditional medicine is approached in the United States and how to define Integrative medicine.  We also learn that we don’t have to make sacrifices to pursue our dreams.
