It's a Crossover edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, as Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brings in Jon Chik(@Jchik17) of Locked On NY Rangers to discuss the 6-2 New York win over Florida. Panthers dominated the 5-on-5 possession numbers, but did not put enough sustained pressure on the reigning Vezina Trophy winner Igor Shesterkin. Rangers took advantage of their opportunities to crash the net as 4 of their 6 goals came from the dirty areas, making Alex Lyon work in this one. Panthers 2 goals came when up a man(one on the PP, one on the 6-on-5 in the 3rd). The Panthers did have a bit of a scare as Sam Bennett got tangled up with Rangers F Filip Chytil and had to go to the locker room. Tried giving it a go in the 2nd period and then ended up not coming out for the 3rd.
