The Panthers were down early in the 1st as the Panthers were shaky to start the game. The Panthers did that they did best on Thursday night, create plays from behind the net(Lundell's goal to bring it to a 2-1 deficit) and making teams pay on their turnovers for both the tying go and go-ahead goals. Sergei Bobrovsky was magnificent in net going 34/36, the Maple Leafs made multiple pushes in the 3rd as the Panthers were quick to pucks to give Bobrovsky time to get squared.
