The guys discuss what they took away from the Captain and his growth from the long playoff run after multiple seasons of missing the playoffs and now having multiple years of advancing past round 1. Sergei Bobrovsky spoke about what he learned over the last 2 months vs. the last 13 seasons and how rest and resetting is emphasized this offseason, but knowing that with the short turnaround, that it won't be difficult to get re-established. Head Coach Paul Maurice spoke about how much more fun he's had coming to Florida, goes back to a conversation that he had with Bill Zito over the offseason that the team will have adversity and passing the test, as well as how much he enjoyed the group he coached this year.
