Both the Florida Panthers and the Calgary Flames had to go through their fair share of adversity as both Jonathan Huberdeau, Mackenzie Weegar and Matthew Tkachuk were gettin acclimated to new teams. The Flames though with missing the playoffs made changes to their coaching staff and front office after failing to qualify.
