The game started to slow down for the Panthers after, but the Cats were able to get back into the slot often throughout the first 40 minutes of the contest. The Wild with a lead were really starting to take away the Panthers' transition game as the Wild were taking away the middle and Filip Gustavsson finishes with a 41-save performance on the night for Minnesota.
