In my organization I could not care less what your education is about or what your degree is in.  Right now such a degree does not indicate that you can do anything worthwhile to help our business grow and to serve my clients and customers. And more and more businesses are discovering at this time of crisis as we have found out that some of the elite colleges in universities are morally spiritually and intellectually bankrupt... And to go to an institution of higher education may be very bad for you.  So that's just my way to start a conversation with a little bit of a rant but I believe some things that are profoundly true and I would love to hear from you.  So let's see where this conversation leads us both into making some decisions about what is true worthwhile and what we should do in the year and future before us.
