Here we go and turbulent Thursday, sometimes I would just like to ask the question of somebody who is seeking an important position or perhaps wanting to work with me, ""Have you ever been a failure, have you ever failed big time it's something that's really important." Now why in the world would I ever want to ask somebody that because I'm not trying to embarrass them, but I think it's a good question and let me tell you the story about how sometimes we deal with failure betrayal and sometimes even being broken.
