"Religious PTSD" Unitarian Universalists come from diverse religious backgrounds. We are unique as a religion because we gain strength in our diversity and variety of beliefs. Many of our services explore the world's religions and we glean their common values and apply them to our lives. For some of us, our spiritual quests become a lifelong pursuit and as we grow, we take along what works for us and we leave what did not. This sermon by Rev.
