A board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Rahman has tailored her practice to meet the needs of women for gynecologic and cosmetic services. After years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology in a variety of large academic settings and locations, she started her own practice - Center for Gynecology and Cosmetics - to focus on her special areas of interest to ensure patients have their best quality of life and to empower them to be better versions of themselves. As for her academic appointment, she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine in downtown Chicago.  Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Rahman attended Duke University for her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology where she also specialized in Women’s Studies. She then continued in her home state at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her medical degree.
