    According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2012, there were 2.7 million grandparents who had the primary responsibility for caring for their grandchildren who lived with them.    There is a crisis in this country and its not the children trying to get in through border.  It is the children left behind when their natural parents are no longer able to care to them.  This could be due to drug and alcohol use, poverty, or mental illness.  What is the best solution for these children?  Are you prepared to take care of children in your family if there parents are unable too?
