Closeted Gay Narcissists: When the False Self Abuses Narcissistic Supply Narcissists are known to have a well-defined false self that they show to the world, and to a certain extent, to themselves. Today I'm answering a commonly asked question about narcissists who are also closeted gay people. There are a few different situations covered here. 1. Narcissists who are gay and admit it to their partner but no one else. I'll share my thoughts on this controversial topic in this video. Got something to add? Tell me in the comments. 02/12/2016 Duration: 11min

Exposing Sleep Abuse: A Narcissist's Secret Weapon of Control Narcissists have all kinds of ways to manipulate and control their victims, and if you've ever been in a toxic relationship with an abuser, then you might already know all about the standard tactics narcissists use. Methods of control like gaslighting, devaluing and the use of flying monkeys can be very effective for a narcissist to get what they want from you as their source of narcissistic supply, but most narcissists will also other, more sneaky tactics such as sleep deprivation. This is when the narcissist refuses to allow you to sleep, or prevents it in some way. They may also interrupt your sleep. In this video, I'll explain why they do it and why sleep deprivation and sleep interruption are so effective to manipulate you and so dangerous for you in the end. Why am I so paranoid? Toxic Relationship Rehab Survivors of relationships with toxic narcissists, sociopaths or psychopaths often tell me they feel "paranoid." But what they really mean is that they're dealing with a surprisngly rational and understandable, yet incredibly terrifying degree of unsureness and mistrust - not to mention self-doubt. Of course, this becomes particularly distressing when it's not in your normal nature to behave this way. This kind of extreme paranoia is a lot more than understandable mistrust following shock and betrayal - and that's what I'm going to explain in today's vlog.
