So this is the episode that will have us all saying OUCH and looking for a band-aid. Yes, this week I am discussing the shade! We all at some point and time give it or have felt it. What is it like to see your peers excelling around you when you feel like your not moving? Do you ever ask yourself why them? Or maybe you just give half support when someone's business begins to excel. It is normal to have these feelings and thoughts, but what we really need to tell ourselves is.... "I'm not even gonna be mad at them! They better do that thang!" After all why should we be, they are walking in what they are called to do and we have the opportunity to do the same. Insecurities...we all have them. This episode we discuss how insecurities left to grow can turn into jealousy and envy. Did you know that insecurities are an obsession of your perceived lack? It's true! I don't like cooking, cleaning or any thing domestic. I really am perfectly fine with hiring people to do that...as soon as my budget permits lol. In the mean time I figured I'd share my truth about this topic. I honestly stand in awe of women who are able to do it so well and gracefully. Leading in love and letting your mind follow is not a concept most people live by. But I've learned that leading in love can be more powerful than trusting your understanding alone. It's the opposite of what the world would say, but it's exactly what Christ has called us to. It's not always easy, boy do I know. Yet it's still best way to lead. We all get tired. We all have times when we just feel like giving up, or giving in. Have you heard the bible story of Jacob and Esau?
