    28/01/2020 Duration: 20min

In this episode, I do something I don't normally do on a podcast. I PRAY. And I invite you to join me as I turn to the ONE (GOD) who has promised to be an "ever-present help, in the times of trouble".  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tisha_talks/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Tisha-Talks-188323631764108/ Sisters in Purpose https://www.facebook.com/groups/1474753039313559/ Second Chances https://www.amazon.com/Second-Chances-Thought-Straight-Cl

    21/01/2020 Duration: 20min

It's the beginning of the year!! We all have plans, some of us have vision boards, new planners and a list of goals we want to accomplish. I have some of these things too. As I started this year I found myself running around trying to figure out what MY plan would be for this year. And I kept coming up empty. I mean there were so many ideas, so many goals, so many plans that finally I said: "Wait a minute!" What does God want me to do? And that's when I was reminded that it's not about the plan it's about the Master Planner.  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tisha_talks/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Tisha-Talks-188323631764108/ Sisters in Purpose https://www.facebook.com/groups/1474753039313559/ Second Chances https://www.amazon.com/Second-Chances-Thought-Straight-Cleaned/dp/1546216480/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=second+chances+latisha+gray&qid=1569279583&s=gateway&sr=8-1 Website: https://www.tishatalks.org/ --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tisha-talks

  • Ep. 76 Does time heal all things?

    31/12/2019 Duration: 30min

In this episode, I share a conversation I had with my brother about this very question. Does time really heal all things? My perspective on it may be slightly different from most. I do believe that time can help us process things better and relieve some of the impulsive responses we may have but healing...... that's an altogether different thing. Check out this episode as I dive into this topic based on my own personal experiences. I would love to hear your take on this as well. Feel free to email, message or DM your thoughts on the topic. • Ep. 75 Is loving them from a far loving them?

    24/12/2019 Duration: 27min

Hmmmm...... check out this episode to see what I discovered when I begin to check my own actions.  Sisters in Purpose https://www.facebook.com/groups/1474753039313559/ Second Chances https://www.amazon.com/Second-Chances-Thought-Straight-Cleaned/dp/1546216480/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=second+chances+latisha+gray&qid=1569279583&s=gateway&sr=8-1 --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tisha-talks/message

  • Ep. 73 Rising Above

    10/12/2019 Duration: 33min

Life can present so many heartaches, so many let downs, so many seasons that can leave us barely hanging on. Yet, we still have to rise above if we are going to "live our best lives". I had a conversation with someone weeks ago, and they expressed that they thought I was really good at handling the letdowns of life. I got this sense that they thought I was this superwoman or something. Because believe me I'm not. I begin to think about how my faith and the memories of past blessings have really helped shape my ability to rise above. I hope these tips help you as you navigate through difficult seasons of life. • Ep. 72 Choose People Who Choose You

    03/12/2019 Duration: 28min

In this episode, I discuss how life is too short to deeply connect with people who do not want to be really connected to you. When I say "really" I mean people who want to be with you in your highs and your lows. People who are connected to you because they appreciate who you are, who you are becoming, and respect where you've been. When you choose people who choose you, you are happier and have more fulfilling relationships. Everyone deserves to be surrounded by people who really get them, really love them and are willing to invest in the relationship! Don't forget that I am taking listener questions. Maybe you're in a situation that you need some advice on. It's great to listen to the podcast for tips and suggestions but it's even better to get a personalized take on something you are dealing with. I'd love to hear from you! I'd love to help! • Ep. 70 It's time to heal.

    19/11/2019 Duration: 33min

In today's episode, I discuss navigating through pain to find healing. I'm excited about this topic. It's a hard topic and conversation to have. Does pain really produce purpose? If you are like me you do not like pain. Pain makes me feel like a victim, and I don't like feeling victimized. But tonight we will talk about the importance of acknowledging and examining your pain.  We all go through painful times, it's a part of life. But I believe that our pain can produce a purpose if we let it.  Sisters in Purpose https://www.facebook.com/groups/1474753039313559/ Second Chances https://www.amazon.com/Second-Chances-Thought-Straight-Cleaned/dp/1546216480/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=second+chances+latisha+gray&qid=1569279583&s=gateway&sr=8-1 --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tisha-talks/message
