All throughout the Bible, we see God do amazing things through the little bit we have IF we're willing to give it to Him. In today's Pep Talk we're going to talk quickly about what might have happened if the little boy in John 9 didn't give up his bread.

I know that a lot of channels are reminding you of all the things you can do throughout this time. But friend, it's okay if you don't. 

The other day I was browsing through some of my photos and stumbled upon one of my youth group kids playing a game. It was muddy that day and I opted out of playing but as I sat in quarantine I began to think, "if I would have known..." see, if I would have known, I would have done things differently. I wonder, in your own life, what areas are you looking at hand saying, "If I just would have known..." COVID-19 has a weird effect on all of us and I hope these daily pep talks bring your eyes to His hand in your life. 

In today's episode, we're going to look at a story in Numbers 22 when God is trying to block Balam's way. Over and over again He's coming to Balam and trying to get him to reroute. But Balam, determined to move forward, pushes past what God has asked Him to do. 

There is a story in Exodus 17 that served as the catalyst for this entire series. It's this moment when God tells Moses to strike the rock. I've looked over it and taught the other side but just like a Law and Order SVU Episode, I've found further evidence. Have you ever looked back and thought "I wish I wouldn't have left - my circumstance wasn't that bad." Maybe it was a relationship, job, sin struggle, addiction, a toxic friendship, etc. But I think if we're honest, all of us can identify a place in our lives that we returned simply because we forgot how bad it really was. Growing up, I heard the story of Moses time and time again but to be honest, I never took time to really understand it. Turns out, Moses is a lot more like us than we would have thought. 6 different times, God asks Moses to "go" and 6 different times Moses tells God how unqualified He is.
