Synopsis

A first job can be overwhelming, yet exciting! Our host, Nichol, a Public Health masters student and former fast-food employee, brings light to various food service topics to help make the transition into the work force a bit easier. If youre stepping into a food service job or are already in the work force, restaurant or not, this podcast is for you. We discuss food safety, worker safety, ways to make you as a worker more marketable, and more! This podcast will challenge yourself to grow and teach you skills that can be used beyond food service.
