  • Sitting with your breath meditation

    Sitting with your breath practice invites you to spend a short period of time observing your breath in a non-judgemental way. Letting your thoughts and feelings go freely through your awareness field whilst you maintain your attention on the breath. Practicing this meditation regularly may result in a higher levels of focus and emotional regulation. In a short-term, it is a great way to re-charge, un-plug, and re-connect with yourself in a short period of time.

  • Breathing Space Meditation - short practice for anywhere you are

    Breathing Space is a mini-meditation that you could do anywhere - either during your commute or in the comfort of your house. Breathing Space could also help you to get a break at work and catch up with yourself in times of difficulty or stress. This meditation allows us to look at three components of our lives - thoughts, feelings, sensations. Through paying attention to these we become more aware and present, which allows us to re-gain the sense of clarity, perspective, and focus.
