Synopsis

We strive to be both intellectually stimulating and entertaining, with commentary on everything from recent world political phenomena to Lebrons dominance. With two of the three founders of the platform being from Cleveland, Ohio, we strive to keep the pulse of what is happening in the Midwest and other parts of the country that are typically ignored by those living on the coasts. We all have relative expertise in theory, philosophy, literary theory, and comparative literature, and aim to use the tools we have learned as recent college graduates to both practically give interesting takes to what is happening in the world and to not have those ivory tower skills rot as we enter into our mid-twenties.In any case, please enjoy. We also discuss the strange dreams that Nikolai has been having, including one where he and his friends are running away from an apocalyptic event. Finally, Joy and Billy discuss the perils of going to single sex schools. And a bunch of other stuff, I don't really remember and I didn't re-listen to the whole thing honestly, so the quality might be off. Might have also talked about memes and stuff (ay Russia), and the recent Russian election. Also Nikolai and Joy discuss a trip they recently went on, and Nikolai discusses his evolving sense of some sort of Russian nationalism/identity having alternately spent time in "Siberia" and big cities. He's actually from Russia. So if the CIA is listening to this podcast/reading this, he's the Russian agent. Me and Joy are just playing along, please don't send us to t
