Synopsis
Zenith, Stephanie Zenith, was born in Washington, DC but grew up all over the world. Her childhood included places such as southern Virginia, northern Michigan, the Philippines, and South Korea.Stephanie's jazz-drummer father started her in piano lessons at age 6. From that beginning, her interests have spread to many different aspects of music. Classical piano; talent shows; choirs; singing in musicals; tenor saxophone; choreography; and DJing her college radio station are some of the many things Stephanie got involved with before settling on DJing & production.Stephanie finally moved to San Francisco in 2002 where eventually she started a party production company, Z Productions. Z Productions was responsible for throwing several regular parties: Funkentanzen, Funk N Groov, TekAndHaus, and finally Re:Edit. As well as several residencies & playing many parties, Stephanie collaborated w/ other parties like Housepitality & Direct to Earth to bring top talent to San Francisco. Stephanie has now relocated to Berlin to pursue music full time. Keep an eye out for her productions in 2015.
