Covid-19 is hitting every photographer hard right now. There are very few photographers on this planet actively shooting for pay. How are we going to survive this? In this episode, I give some tips for surviving quarantine and my predictions for what will happen in the photography industry this year. 

Most photographers I talk to work from home- for better or worse! Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a nightmare. But the prospect of signing a commercial lease is intimidating and often breaks the budget. In this episode, we talk about the pros and cons of working from home, but we also talk about the new option of co-working spaces, which are a great in-between solution.

Photographers are often working on location, which varies greatly. But what about the desk work that needs to be done? The emails, the phone calls, the blog posts, the consultations? This is the first episode of a mini-series where we talk to photographers who share their workspace situation. Some work from home, a favorite coffee shop, or co-working space. Others have a dedicated studio space or some combination of the two. Hopefully hearing from other photographers will give you some ideas and inspire you to find the best workspace for you!
