Phillips introduced the Allergen Disclosure In Non-Food Articles (ADINA) Act into congress, named after a young girl by the same name who had a health scare at camp. If this bill becomes law, medications must adhere to the same labeling laws as food and beverages. Rep. Phillps shares how he learned about Adina's story, some of the challenges to getting this type of legislation passed, and his hopes that the president will soon be signing this bill into law.
