Synopsis
This podcast are the recorded teachings of a Spirit Guide called Obion whom Sheila Wall has been channelling since 1996. He first connected with Sheila during a meditation session that Sheila was attending with friends each morning; they had the foresight to record that first channel. A new teaching is recorded each month and is available through this podcast and through the London College of Spirituality.

Free your mind
18/09/2016Free your mind and feel the life force of your own divineness. A dog at the track will chase the imitation rabbit on a wire because it has been trained to do so. Similarly, we often live our lives the way we do, because this is how we have been trained to live by society. To really experience life, you have to be like the dog chasing the real rabbit across the open field. Set yourself free from the restraint and the restriction of your mind.
