Nashville duo Chasing Lovely joins Kevin Vollmers at the KFAI studios for an in studio session. They talk about their work and new EP "Unbridled", and play three singles from the upcoming album.

In this Gazillion Voices Radio conversation, Kevin Vollmers talks with Korean adoptee Adam Crapser. Adam has had a difficult life. He was adopted twice, and neither of his adoptive families took it upon themselves to finalized Adam's naturalization. His first adoptive family rehomed Adam and his biological sister into the foster care system. His second set of adoptive parents ran a household that physically, emotionally, and sexually abused their children. Adam has served time as well, but he has already paid for his crimes. Nevertheless, Adam, who has children and a wife, is now at risk of being deported to Korea, a country whose language and culture are very foreign to him.

In this provocative conversation, Kevin Vollmers talks with Adja Gildersleve of Black Lives Matter Minneapolis. Adja covers quite a bit of ground, including her thoughts on activism, living in Minnesota as a person of color, and what the community should expect in the future from Black Lives Matter Minneapolis.

In this conversation, Kevin Vollmers talks with young adult, Chinese adoptee Maya Ludtke. They discuss her experience traveling to China for the project Touching Home in China: in search for missing girlhoods, what she hopes to accomplish with the project, and her thoughts about adoptee identity.
