       Our next show will feature retired    NYPD Detective Mark Caruso. Mark has recently been a cast member of the TV show, "Survivor". But he's a survivor in many more important ways than on that show. He has a long and distinguished career as an openly gay NYC Police Officer and Detective. He'll be talking about his long career, his retirement and he will also touch on his part with "Survivor". Due to the nature of the show, there are limits as to what can be discussed so as not to compromise that show.And for this show, there will be no phone calls accepted. We wouldn't want to even hint at anything that will compromise "Survivor" in any way, shape or form. So join us on Sunday November 13th at 6PM (eastern) for Blue Pride Radio!

We have selected two of the eighteen guest lecturers to give us an overview of their conference presentations. Sgt James Young, the LGBT liaison to the Orlando Police Dept, will preview the special workshop "LGBT Liaison Issues" He will be a part of a panel which will include LGBT police liaisons from all over the country. Officer James Sims, of the Michigan Dept of Correction, will preview his workshop "Thriving and Surviving in Corrections". Carroll will be giving an update on all of the social events taking place at the conference and providing other last moment details.
