In Episode 69 we featured special guest Bryant Mckinnie. For those who may not know, Mckinnie is a former NFL offensive tackle who played for teams such as the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens. He was a key member of the Ravens team that won Super Bowl XLVII. During the podcast, Mckinnie shared some interesting insights and anecdotes from his time in the NFL. One of the things I found most interesting about Mckinnie was his perspective on the importance of mental toughness in football.
