Slawek Semeniuk is a freelance bass player and composer, currently based in the Düsseldorf area, Germany. Born and raised in Poland, holds a degree in Jazz Performance at the Maastricht Academy of Music. Constantly active as a studio musician and a live performer with an experience of working on over twenty records and playing more than 800 concerts worldwide. That includes his work and multiple tours with an Australian guitarist Rob Tognoni, as well as collaborations with many well-acclaimed musicians from around the globe, like Ulf Stricker or grammy nominated composer Simon Novsky. ‘Slavic Horizons’ marks Slawek’s second release, concentrating around own music.
