Assistant Athletics Director/Head Coach for Football Strength and Conditioning Mike Joseph joins the podcast to discuss his approach to those aspects along with his passion for educating.It's also the 7th annual Mountaineer Mascot Reunion. Event Organizer Sonja Wilson describes the uniqueness of the Mountaineer Mascot as a representative of the university along with community events planned for those returning.
