Lyme Ninja Radio - Fight Lyme Disease Like A Ninja

Dave Skidmore was bitten in 2009 and noticed the bulls-eye rash after a family excursion. Although he was treated right away, his symptoms reappeared after his prescribed 20 days of doxycycline. This began a seemingly enless series of doctors visits that lasted two years before he was properly diagnosed. As a result of his struggles with Lyme and his frustration with being unable to receive proper treatment, Dave was inspired to create a series of cartoons called Lyme Loonies. His cartoons are popular within the Lyme community and was picked up by ILADS to raise awareness for Lyme Disease. Dave is planning to gather his cartoons and publish a book in the near future.
