In this episode of Voices from the Field, NCAT Sustainable Agriculture Specialist Felicia Bell talks grassfed beef and lamb with Mississippi grazier Johnny Wray. Johnny and his wife Deb own High Hope Farm in western Clay County, Mississippi, near the village of Cedar Bluff.  Johnny talks about the farm’s rotational grazing setup and use of composted manure with no chemical inputs.
