This meditation is a process of reflection. We first need to observe what is going on around us or in our immediate vicinity before we can really have a though or reflection on it. In this meditation, we are in a room. We are looking at the detail of the room and observing the reactions in our body. What did the room look like to you? What was it filled with? Was it empty? How did the room make you feel? Pause, reflect, repeat.
