What does God expect from me? How do I live my life with Christ? While giving our allegiance to Jesus is essential, the greater part of our lives is spent learning to follow Jesus ever more closely. We need to discover our identity as a Christ follower. Divine Design covers the first three chapters of Ephesians. There Paul draws back the curtain to show how our salvation finds its source in God’s love and mercy expressed through Jesus Christ. The scope of God’s work is both cosmic and personal, and that work shows the vastness of the grace and truth found in Christ. God seeks through Christ to reshape our relationships to him and to each other so that we honor him with every step. In doing so, we live out his Divine Design.
