Uva Radio

In this course you will gain knowledge of what it takes to make an engaging podcast, as well as a theoretical framework for journalistic broadcasting. The course will have two tutorials per week. One taught by Dr. Kate Sircly on Communication Science theory, focusing on the new medium of podcasting. The other weekly tutorial will consist of practical application in our studio, instructed by members of the UvA Radio board, whereby students will learn sound engineering, editing, and recording.
