After a successful 8 year ride with her previous company, Kathy is now repeating her success with Dove Chocolate Discoveries.   Kathy has a strong background in sales and retail management. She opened and managed multiple stores for Contempo Casuals, The Limited and Dillard’s. Her hands-on experience hiring and training staff, managing day to day operations and customer support, coupled with her boundless energy, attention to detail, and passion for people, makes her a success at whatever she chose to pursue.   Kathy and her husband of 28 years, Mike, have two daughters, Ashley and Morgan. They currently reside in Erie, Colorado but have lived many places including almost 5 years in Tokyo, Japan. Texans at heart, they enjoy traveling the world and have visited nearly 20 countries chasing good food around the globe.
