Sport is a universal activity and contributes to the ethos of societies and cultures.  How are we to understand sport from a theological and Biblical perspective?  Many athletes and fans of sports have a sacred mentality when it comes to the arena of sports.  So are sports sacred? What ways do sports affirm Christ and His gospel and in what ways are they antithetical to it?
