So, answering the question sent in by Gary Fugitt, Matt Tamanini asked LGHL's resident football coach Caleb Houser to shed some light on an underappreciated, yet still very impressive, aspect of football gameday operations. Gary asked: "I am constantly amazed at how smoothly they get people in and out of the game, even as they change personnel play-to-play." In this episode, Caleb explains the process how his football team handles quick substitutions and provides insight into how teams prepare for every possible situati
