Beer Harmony

Are you ready to get sour? We were at our local bottle shop and happened upon a Russian River beer that we see even less than Pliny: Consecration, a sour dark ale aged in cabernet barrels. Just like every other Russian River beer, Consecration brings the flavor. Lot's of flavor. You can pick up the complexity of the wine barrels, the added currants, and all of the craftsmanship that has gone into this beer. The question is, will it be too sour?
