A father in Quebec is leading a class-action lawsuit against McDonald's, on the grounds that their Happy Meal toys are breaking the province's laws by advertising to children under the age of 13. He says that he has spent hundreds of dollars on at McDonald's so his kids can collect the toys, which are tied in to popular films and other media.
